How to Use SMS Templates

To keep the system secure and prevent spam, we use Templates. These are pre-written messages with "blanks" for the system to fill in later.

Easy Writing without Coding

You don't need to be a coder to create templates. You just type your message and use curly brackets for the parts that change.

• Example: Hello {name}, your server {server_id} is ready!

Using Template Presets

We’ve included a dropdown list of Holidays (like Christmas or Jamhuri Day) and Alerts. Just pick one, and it will fill in the text for you! We even have a Happy Birthday preset to help you stay connected with your customers on their special day.

The Approval Process

Once you save a template, our team does a quick safety check. Once it’s "Approved," you’re ready to send it for real. This ensures that your brand identity is protected and our Sender IDs remain highly reputable for the best delivery rates.
